For Children ages 5 and under to enjoy stories and songs that encourage their emerging language skills! The program is open to all children who are able to sit quietly next to their grown up. A caregiver must be present.

Join us at the SoNo library for a weekly playdate for little ones to play and interact with one another. 

This 8-week course will cover computer basics, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Virtual classes take place weekly, on WEDNESDAYS, 10 am-12 pm on ZOOM

A weekly storytime of rhyming, singing, and fingerplay-filled for babies and toddlers.

An IRS national program, VITA provides free tax preparation services to low-to-moderate-income individuals and families.

IRS-trained volunteers are certified to prepare simple tax returns, and screen customers for special tax credits.

Enjoy interactive stories and songs! For infants not yet walking and their caregivers. Space is limited. Older siblings are welcome.

 Add a personal touch to your greenery with our Creative Escapes craft program! In this relaxing and fun workshop, participants will paint ceramic planters using provided stencils to create beautiful, customized designs.

Know Your Numbers is a free health screening program held at community locations around Norwalk.

Children from the ages of 3-5 years old will have fun engaging with books, songs & activities as they build their early literacy skills. Space is limited. No entry 10 minutes after the program starts.

Learn to build and program LEGO Mindstorm EV3 physical robots. Students in Grades 6-12 are welcome to attend this program. For students in grades 6 and 7, a parent or legal guardian should be present. This is an in-person class.

Enjoy a story and express your creativity! Open to all in grades K-5. Limited space.

School Aged Kids (K-6) can come to the Library for a vibrant drop-in program from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM on Tuesdays. We will engage in a variety of activities, including playing games, reading together, and creating crafts.

Children in grades K-5 may come in to build exciting Lego creations. Space is limited.

Welcome to the NPL Video Game Club! Join us on this weekly YouTube livestream where our in-house gamer Aldo plays through a variety of video games, sharing fun facts/historical anecdotes, and interacting with viewers!

Students will learn how to code with Scratch using a computer science program called CS First.

This program is for players K-12, beginners welcome. The program will include age and skill appropriate group lessons on strategy, including chess basics, supervised practice play and other instructional and fun chess activities.

Learn to design 3D objects in Tinkercad with Norwalk Public Library. This is an in-person class. Grades 8-12; Grades 5-7 if accompanied by a parent/guardian. Registration is required.

Grades 1-5. Pick up for paint supplies starts Saturday, 3/29. Upon pickup, you will provide information to receive a Zoom link before the program.
