Women's Health & Wellness Fair

The Women’s Wellness Fair is an annual community event hosted by the Lambda Zeta Sigma Chapter, designed to 
empower women and families with the knowledge and 
resources needed to take control of their health. 

 This event provides access to vital health services and educational materials, including:

Health Screenings: 
Mammography education, urologic and bladder health awareness, eye screenings, and blood 
pressure checks.

Vaccination Services: 
Flu, COVID-19, RSV, and pneumococcal vaccinations.
Mental Health Resources: Information on mental wellness, 
access to counseling services, and suicide prevention training.

Community Support: 
Resources from local healthcare providers, community action agencies, and organizations such as the City of Norwalk Department of Health.

Participants will also enjoy a variety of health-related vendor booths, giveaways, and educational materials in Wellness Care Bags. 
The fair fosters a welcoming, supportive environment for individuals to learn about preventative care and the importance of proactive health management.

This year, we’re expanding the event into a two-part series with a special focus on maternal mental health, 
collaborating with community health centers to educate families about screenings and the importance of well-being during the maternal period.
