This is a FREE live workshop, held at Norwalk Library. There will be no digital simulcast or recording of the session. Presentation slides will not be accessible to those who do not attend in person.
This workshop is built around five major diagnostic categories that together provide a complete picture of business readiness.
It is designed to help you improve your readiness whether you are at the:
1. Idea Stage, that is exploring an idea to start a business and still in the early thinking stages,
2. Planning Stage, that is preparing for launch and want to assess your readiness,
3. Early Operations Stage, that is already in business and looking for ways to strengthen or grow.
The Five Categories:
A. Strategy & Business Foundation
B. Market Validation & Competitive Positioning
C. Operations, Technology & Go‑to‑Market
D. Financial, Legal & Risk Management
E. Performance & Growth
Through these categories, the workshop gives attendees:
• A complete, structured roadmap for evaluating and improving a business idea from concept to early traction.
• A repeatable diagnostic tool you can use now and throughout your entrepreneurial journey to measure readiness and identify gaps.
• A way to reduce risk, increase clarity, and accelerate readiness for launch by breaking the business into manageable components.
• A supportive environment that builds confidence, sharpens thinking, and encourages action through guided questions, examples, and self‑ratings.
